This policy explains how Happypour LLC (“The Happy Pour”) handles information collected through happypoursonly.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out our inquiry form, you provide details like your name, email, phone number, event date, location, guest count and anything else you choose to share. If you email, call, text or message us on Instagram, we receive what you send.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider, Netlify, receives standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
Our inquiry form & HoneyBook
Our Inquire buttons open an inquiry form hosted by HoneyBook, the client-management platform we use for inquiries, proposals, contracts and payments. What you enter there goes directly to HoneyBook and is handled under HoneyBook’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab), including any cookies HoneyBook uses on its own pages. This website itself doesn’t load any HoneyBook code.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and send quotes
- To plan, book and deliver your event, Zero-Proof Bar, class, tasting or To Go setup
- To send booking messages, invoices and agreements
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t currently send marketing emails or newsletters.

We share information only with the services that help us run the business (listed below) or when required by law.

This website doesn’t set cookies and doesn’t use analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts and images are hosted with the site, so no third-party service is contacted while you browse it.

- Netlify hosts this website and processes standard request data.
- HoneyBook handles our inquiry form, client communication, contracts and payments.
- Google (Gmail) handles email you send to happypoursonly@gmail.com.
- Instagram: we link to our profile, and Instagram’s policies apply once you leave our site.
